Large house in Glendale with lots of wood trim.

Saddleback Hills HOA

This house was located in the Saddleback Hills HOA neighborhood of Glendale, Arizona. It was a one-story home built in 1995, 4,651sq/ft, and was in need of a paint job due to fading on the paint and damage to the wood trim. See how our team was able to make this home look new again!

Painting a Home in North Phoenix

Norterra HOA

It was built in 2011. It is 1505 square feet, single story. We got a call from the homeowner in early February, primarily concerned about the fading that had begun to occur on her house. It was actually the original paint, which actually is quite a long time for what we call a new build paint job.

Painting a Traditional Home in Central Phoenix

The home was built in 1961 and had traditional features of homes built in central Phoenix during the 50’s and 60’s. It has shiplap siding, brick facade, painted metal windows, and traditional trim work.
