Colors
The homeowner, who lives in a community governed by a homeowners association, was faced with certain limitations when it came to selecting colors for his home. He wanted to make his home beautiful with a modern and stylish color palette that would reflect the desert surroundings. He researched and chose colors that were within the guidelines set by the HOA, but still brought a fresh and contemporary look to his property. By combining a couple of earthy tones, the homeowner was able to create a warm and inviting ambiance that was both stylish and functional.

Rincon Cove
The main body color for this home is a Dunn-Edwards color called Rincon Cove.

The homeowner chose a third color called Whisper Gray for the block wall surrounding the back yard.

Before painting
How we prepped it
This home was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint to bring it back to life. We were up for the challenge and excited to tackle this project and give the homeowner the beautiful and well-maintained home. Our team began by tackling all of the repair items.
- Scraping back the decorative rock to expose the foundation
- Pressure washing the house to remove loose paint and debris
- Scraping and sanding the rough and peeling surfaces
- Caulking and priming all of the cracked and exposed surfaces
The end result
Our hard work on the Phoenix home paid off in a big way. The transformation was truly remarkable and brought the house back to life. Our team was meticulous in their preparation, repairing any damage, and ensuring that the surfaces were properly prepared for painting. The high-quality paint that we used provided a durable and long-lasting finish that was sure to hold up against the harsh desert elements. The vibrant and eye-catching colors that we chose breathed new life into the home and gave it a fresh, modern look.
Our crew's attention to detail and dedication to their craft was evident in the flawless application of the paint and the impeccable clean-up of the job site. The homeowner was thrilled with the final result and couldn't believe the difference a fresh coat of paint had made. With the quality of our work and materials, this home was sure to look beautiful and well-maintained for many years to come.
